Together we can beat breast cancer!

About my fundraiser

Odyssea Paris 2011,

The Gang and I joined over 20,000 other pink-clad Parisians on Sunday 2 October for the 5K march against breast cancer. Under a blazing, Indian-summer sun, we boogied to Brazilian drumbeats and jockeyed for position with chic young lycra junkies, sprightly grannies, Parisian papas pushing baby strollers and even pink-T-shirted pooches. Donna broke away to take an early lead, but we caught her in the final stretch and crossed the finish line together in style. We were hot and dusty, but glad to do something positive to take a stand against the disease that has touched all of our lives, striking women we have loved and admired. Treatment is getting better all the time, helping so many brave and amazing women to make a full comeback. But we all know that breast cancer still takes a terrible toll, and more research is desperately needed. So if you couldn't join us in person this year, please click the pink button above or below to make a contribution to breast cancer research. You can pay online with a credit card, and gifts are tax deductible in France. Please give 10 or 20 euros, or more if you can, and let's run breast cancer out of town!
